Implementar funções para gerenciamento de managers no contrato Scorer:

Adicionar função addManager:
- Validar permissões necessárias
- Implementar adição de novo manager
- Emitir evento ManagerAdded
Adicionar função removeManager:
- Validar permissões necessárias
- Implementar remoção do manager
- Emitir evento ManagerRemoved
Testes:
- Testes unitários para adição de manager
- Testes unitários para remoção de manager
- Testes de emissão de eventos
