Officially release Spartacus 6 support #15

Work with PM to create an official release for Spartacus 6.5 to be used by customers.

It should include:

Release notes on Github
A release on the NPM registry of @bloomreach/brx-spartacus-library
A deployed instance on Netlify of the @bloommreach/brx-spartacus
A Spartacus channel template that points to that latest deployed netlify instance
PM messaging on product launches slack channel and other channels
