In that specific situation, it was not 100% certain, but it's possible that due to having 3 anti-virus installed, resulted in stalling the installer.

Nonetheless, if this happens on a laptop, then the first step is to turn on Performance mode for the CPU performance, so that the anti-virus can run as fast as possible.

Beyond this, if it still seems to not progress, then it is advisable to take things step by step:

  1. Test the blueCFD-Core installer file directly with each individual anti-virus.
  2. Turn off Internet access, before turning off any of the anti-viruses.
  3. Only turn off one anti-virus at a time, at the point where the installer seems to stop working, to try and see which one is locki…
