I replaced a camera, and edited the Bluecherry Server settings for that camera, including RTSP Path and password.
Bluecherry would not connect to the new camera, but I could connect to it with VLC media player using the credentials and path set in Bluecherry.
A database query revealed that the password for the camera had not been updated, despite several attempts.
An update query directly on the database to set the password got Bluecherry connected to that camera.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Bluecherry 3.1.1 (stable)
