Hello,

I would like to use bgd for background applications. However, I get this error on Version 1.4.0:

Could not unmap route - service-route-name-new not found

The reason why I get this error is because my manifest has the option no-route as true.

I wonder if is possible to ignore re-routing for the apps with the no-route config.
