Accessing the Accept Button only if the receiver adds a name to the Name Field

The current release of ricochet-refresh provides the Accept Button to add a new user "Only If the person receiving the Friend ID request" types in that friends name into the Name field. I noted this to myself and another earlier however now with wider exposure of users in the Retroshare project wanting to install and use Ricochet-Refresh with both a new Retroshare chatroom and Retroshare forum related to exchanging Ricochet-Refresh friends ID keys, some have related being unable to 'Accept' a key ID exchange. That sadly is entirely due to this issue, they didn't realize they needed to type in the purported new friends nickname into the Name field.

Suggested solution, take the nickname of the friend offering their ID and place that also into the Name field. The 'Accept' button as well as the 'Cancel' button would then be active to accept or reject that ID addition.

Seems like it should be a small enough UI patch if someone wants to take a stab at it.

Or a default name loaded as '...' and if the peer didn't add a name to the new contact, they could accept it and it would be listed as '...' however that would serve to use the rename tool.
