Crash, Server disconected and others

The extension hasn't been working well for a while now. Viewing classes/functions, quick access to their definitions, autocomplete, nothing works.

I spend the day receiving warnings that the server has disconnected, that the extension has crashed I don't know how many times.

See some of the messages:

[Error - 10:39:17 AM] Server process exited with code 134.
[Error - 10:39:17 AM] The intelephense server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted. See the output for more information.
