Respect the HTML > Hover settings in php files #3127

The following two settings disable the info popup (with a short definition and MDN link) when hovering over html tags in html files:

"html.hover.references": false,
"html.hover.documentation": false,

Is it possible please that these settings are respected for html tags within php files too? The MDN popup is super duper annoying.
