Include standard issue column types #3

I think it's worth creating a bunch of column definitions for different use cases.

Initial columns to include would be:

ImageColumn - Renders an image, can specify dimensions
DateColumn - Formats a date attribute with default or by config
NumberColumn - Formats a number using number_with_delimeter (http://api.rubyonrails.org/classes/ActionView/Helpers/NumberHelper.html#method-i-number_with_delimiter)
