chroot all users #176
-
I'm starting to use unFTP to create an FTP service whose user base is driven by a directory accessible by HTTP/REST. Perhaps there is already a way that I missed to systematically place all users in a home directory corresponding to their username? Thank you for this project which inspires me a lot and makes me want to contribute. |

Hi @ftison , thank you for the kind words. See if the Per-User Settings here helps: https://unftp.rs/server/jsonconfig |

So the work in the
origin/hannes/usrdetail-http
gives you what is explained in https://unftp.rs/server/jsonconfig but over and HTTP interface. Perhaps you want to try it out and if it works I can accelerate a release. As for the chroot-all-users. There is work for sandboxing technology being built in libunftp so I have to think how your suggestion would fit into this.
