Hi,
Like others here, I'm new to Bonsai. I know someone asked about periodic saving of photometry data. I found it helpful but not exactly what I'm needing and could use some help. I would like to record GCaMP signal in mice for 10 minutes once per hour for 24 hours. I'm trying to do this without an Arduino (mostly because I've never worked with one but if it's not possible without it I'll have to learn). I thought of using the solution from a previous thread about periodic saving but the issue is that the laser remains on during the entire time and I need it to turn off after the 10 min recording then back on 50mins later. Otherwise I'm worried the constant light will quickly bleach my signal. Is this something I could do in Bonsai?
I should mention that the photometry data is collected with a neurophotometrics system.
Thanks,
Oscar
