Based on a point raised by @bparks13 during the most recent DCM.

The OE onix1 docs README has installation and execution steps for lychee and DocLinkChecker. We can also take a look at their docfx-utils.ps1 script and GitHub actions recipe if we want to integrate it in the docs CI/CD pipeline.
