Currently, we do not have any anchor link genereted when we create a heading in the markdown:

## this should be a subtitle

Ok guys click on the link if you want to come by.

This is unexpected behavior for all markdown users, and this should be improved.

We could prefix this anchor with the anchor string of the name of the parent section.
