Document API Key Issues in Troubleshooting / Better Error in Kwaak?

I'm pretty sure that I'd forgotten to register my email with tavily (silly I know). Kwaak seemed to simply halt when this was the case. It may be useful to mention this in the troubleshooting as somebody may forget this step as well - currently kwaak gave me no indication as to why it was halting, however the issue seems to have gone away now that I registered my email presumably allowing the api key to work.

What would be really good would be to provide better error output within kwaak - although because it's halting it may be a bit more complicated to implement - Is there a tavily timeout? Are there timeouts on any of the other APIs? (Maybe this timeout stuff should be a new issue)

I would really like to know if it's a bug with the tool or with the tavily crate. If it the tool doesn't work for whatever reason I'd expect an error.
