Multi project / repo support

Imagine running one kwaak instance, that can manage agents across multiple repositories. Or agents having access to multiple repositories. There's a lot of (obvious) potential here.

It also raises a some questions:

• How would this even work? :-)
• Would it mean different github sessions for a single agent?
• What about rag?
• Is this viable without having some sort of agent/chat persistence?

I'd love to hear your feedback and ideas.
