loop_count doesn't make much sense

Using loop count to specify the number of beacons to be scanned doesn't make much sense in practical scenarios as I could never predict how many beacons around. If I want to scan for a short while and then pick the appropriate beacon info that has been scanned as input of some other processing, e.g. indoor positioning with beacons, a timeout would be more reasonable.
