@PeerHerholz If I'm starting with derived data, i.e. all the data conversion, preprocessing, and in this case segmentation has already been done, would you still recommend containerizing the final data analysis that I'll be doing for the BHS project? Or is it more appropriate to containerize a complete workflow from raw data?

great question, short answer: YES to every containerization possible!
Ideally you would of course put everything in one or a few containers, but if that's (unfortunately) not possible anymore, please try to pack everything else in a container!
