Add a door blacklist for auto doors

Allow for users to specify a blacklist of doors to not click.

Some things that we can do:

• Save them to the mesh so that when the mesh is shared doors are not clicked
• Save them as a loose file? (json?)
• Edit them in mesh gen?

Just had a request for something like this, "I have a request for mq2nav. I dont want it to always open doors because it will zone you out if you use it next to a zone in/out. But can there be a command /nav target/id/loc nodoors/doors"
