Issue description

Maybe I'm missing something, but @paypal/accelerated-checkout-loader has a runtime dependency on typescript from what I can see. This adds an easy 60mb to bundles built for serverless platforms which can easily breach the minimal runtime environment requirements. Is this necessary?
