Current Documentation

Currently there is a TROFF page for SlackJP found here. There is no Windows compatible documentation file.

Desired Documentation

Produce a similarly styled document that can be pulled up by the Windows Powershell manual program. No additional documentation needs to be produced; however, just a specially formatted file to allow developers to pull up CLI arguments without needing access to the repository.

Reasoning

Increases the ability to deploy SlackJP to multiple platforms.
