The brewpi.py script does not currently distinguish between different Brew Bubbles reports. It could but I would need to create a configuration point for it.

Brew Bubbles sends the config.bubble.name in the beacon. That is available to the end-user but not unique-enforced. The other option is a change to Brew Bubbles to add config.hostname to the payload.
