Run negative controls: If we pass in garbage scribbles (noise data), we do not expect to see same pattern of results as on real data
Run positive tests: If we pass in a small set of manually validated sketches, we should see expected pattern
Cross-auditing of analysis code by reconstructing small segments of the pipeline to verify results
