Update dockerdoom source to have pre-processors for docker localhost alias #3

If dockerdoom is to talk over tcp for both linux and macOS, it'll need to use either localhost for linux or the docker localhost alias for macOS. This might not be nessicary, as the original demo for linux just used unix sockets, so perhaps the "mac" version uses TCP.
