Unless I'm missing some other way to change the executing user the Dockerfile should be updated to include the following before the CMD directive:

CMD
RUN adduser --disabled-password --gecos '' ubuntu && chsh -s /bin/bash && mkdir -p /home/ubuntu USER ubuntu WORKDIR /home/ubuntu
Makes for happier admins.
(if I have time I'll create, test and do a PR for this, but will probably be next week)
