French localization

Hi there!

I've done the french localization for VNSea, including the Help file.
I think that you might be interested.

I didn't know where to post it so I put it there in a zip file, sorry if it's 
not the most suitable 
place...

It seems that there is two or three labels that are not localizable yet in the 
last version (0.83), 
which are the "help" button on the main screen, and the "Use startup password" 
and "Startup 
password" on the preferences screen.
