hello!

When I detect CNV with a 200KB window, some intervals are missing in the correctedDepth.txt file, as shown below, the intervals are not continuous, is there any way to get continuous intervals?

Is the log2_TNratio_corrected of the missing interval is NA ?, but in the figure below, the missing interval is not marked with NA, what is the reason for the missing interval? Thank you!
