Filename information

Hi,

I work for ViQi Inc. and I've been exploring jump datasets to run our AI-based image analysis on. We'd like to work with your dataset and I have a quick question. In the cellpainting gallery, in the jump-pilot for example, there is a folder in workspace called load_data_csv that contains filenames/plate numbers/well/site etc. Where can I get this information for each of your image file names in the lincs-cell-painting dataset? Thanks for your time and all your efforts! Very excited to dig in.

Hi @tfindley15, we do have this available but it needs a bit of a lift for someone to get to it

For our notes, someone will need to

• restore these files https://imaging-platform.s3.amazonaws.com/projects/2015_10_05_DrugRepurposing_AravindSubramanian_GolubLab_Broad/workspace/load_data_csv/2016_04_01_a549_48hr_batch1 using these scripts
  https://github.com/broadinstitute/imaging-backup-scripts/blob/master/restore_intelligent.py
• inspect them for correctness and fix paths
• upload them to cpg0004-lincs
