  • Look into Zipfile and Petastorm
  • Display PCA of baseline and Effnet data
  • Normalize over positive controls
  • Plot batch effects for LINCS data (who has done that)

  • Look at Shantanu Batch effect discussion
  • How many Missing location files are there?
  • check the not perfect overlap of locations and cells in image
  • after running DP, some output files are soo much smaller? What is going on there?
