Support select * from <table>

This is likely the most simple query we can support. It will cause us to drive out much of the basic infrastructure for creating functions from .sql files.

Initial thoughts on format to support:

-- name: <functionName>
-- description: <description>
select * from tablename

This doesn't account for parameters, etc, yet, but that's a problem for another issue :)
