[Feature Request]: Update project card views

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As the theme of the website is going to change, there's also need of project cards to be updated as there are still a few more bugs in them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the project card views as suggested in the below pictures.
The first card in the picture shows the view of the card when hovered on it. The rest of the cards show the default view. When hovered, the cards should flip in either horizontal or vertical direction to show the hovered view. The transition must be very smooth providing an interactive user experience.
These pictures are just for reference. If possible, come with the best ideas.
