As a developer I want the RYP user interface to be able to use a hosting service so that I can use/save a survey located in a repository

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. I can log into a hosting service and connect to a repository
  2. I can load/save custom surveys
  3. My survey answers can be saved to the repository
