we want to embed triggers in emails to inform the server of key metrics.

  1. config-defined metrics (MAIL_METRICS_)
    • OPEN, HOVER (both default True)
  2. templating rules
    • [hover:sectionA]this is section A[/hover]
  3. admin dashboard (probably add to /monitor)
