jQuery 1.9.0 removes browser detection #49

Hey,

jQuery 1.9.0 removes $.browser support so currently this script does not work.

Just a note to everyone. If you want to use this script and don't care about IE6 then remove all the IE6 stuff.

Unable to use this plugin via bower because of this issue.

This problem is fixed on version 2.4
