Is this plugin responsive? Is there responsive alternative?

Woah I should keep an eye on this better.

Um, it's not inherently responsive as it won't add media tags for you, but it's as responsive as the div you decide to lightbox, if that makes sense.

As with all modals on mobile, keep an eye on the scroll settings.

TBH with flexbox being widely supported, lightbox_me is pretty obsolete.
