Sometimes it's a pain to set up the default apps to handle each file extension on Windows 10. Is/are there registry key(s) that is/are responsible for this setting? Is it possible to be backed up?
Thanks.

Checked that out and while it does look like it handles a few extensions, it doesn't appear to do most of them.
@K0media I'm fairly certain HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts is what you want to back up. AFAICT it's where Windows stores default apps as well as which apps to show in the 'Open With...' menu/pop-up for each extension.
