Cannot run tutorial

Hi, it seems that the dataset given in the download link of cell-type-specific analysis is down:

cts_name=Cahoy
wget https://data.broadinstitute.org/alkesgroup/LDSCORE/LDSC_SEG_ldscores/${cts_name}_1000Gv3_ldscores.tgz
tar -xvzf ${cts_name}_1000Gv3_ldscores.tgz

The error is 404, no data found. Would you please investigate and resolve it? Thanks.

@HelloWorldLTY You need to manually pay for and download the files from Google Cloud https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/broad-alkesgroup-public-requester-pays
