README.AppImage
Instructions on using the rawproc AppImage. This README is effective as of
rawproc v0.8, these instructions will not work with earlier versions.
The rawproc AppImage is built with the make-appimage.pl perl script, and is
executed with the configure-generated make in the selected build directory
like this:
$ make appimage
Its success depends on a previously successful rawproc build.
Alternatively, an AppImage is made available with each major release
at the github release page.
Once built/downloaded, the AppImage can be executed in the normal way:
$ rawproc0.9rc1-x86_64.AppImage
Any rawproc command line parameters can be specified after the AppImage name.
The executable in the AppImage will look in all the standard places for a

when you run the AppImage with the -c parameter. Use the rawproc.conf file in
The AppImage also includes the img and exif command line programs; you can
access them by making symbolic links to the AppImage like this:
$ ln -s rawproc0.8Dev-x86_64.AppImage img
The above command line assumes you're in the same directory as the AppImage,
and you want to make the img link in the same directory. With that link,
you can now run img as follows:
$ ./img DSG_0001.NEF .....
Access to exif works the same way.
While the production AppImage won't contain a .conf file, demonstration
