--sub-covers should replace the underscore _ from the file name with a space in the cover.

Note : Adding a space in the folder name works but is a very dirty practice.

Hi. What about dash - or letters with diacritics �
If we go down this rabbit hole I'm affraid many edge cases could bite us. Spaces are not that dirty when using proper escaping in you shell expressions.

I will never put spaces in my file-names as many others ... sorry.
