Chrome's download bar appears after browser restart #51

Chrome's download bar appears after browser restart even tho it's turned off in the extension's settings.
Changing the setting to on and back to off fixes the behavior for the session, but the issue persists after restart.
Started happening with Chrome 53 I think.
