I have this error for installing the scRenifoldKnk in R studio (macOS Montery)
Error in utils::download.file(url, path, method = method, quiet = quiet, :
download from 'https://api.github.com/repos/cailab-tamu/scTenifoldKnk/tarball/HEAD' failed

Would you advise? Thanks!

你可以试一下下载code的zip文件使用devtools::install_local("/home//lmx//githubRpackages//scTenifoldKnk-master.zip")
这串代码进行本地安装

you could download the zip file of scTenifoldKnk ,then library(devtools),and use devtools::install_local("/home//lmx//githubRpackages//scTenifoldKnk-master.zip")
