Annotated ligand-receptor pairs are not included in the data tables

The manuscript describes: "scTenifoldXct detected S100A8-ITGB2 and CCL26-CCR6." However, it appears that these annotated ligand-receptor pairs are not included in the data tables provided on GitHub (https://github.com/cailab-tamu/scTenifoldXct/tree/main/scTenifoldXct/database).

Did I misunderstand something? Thank you for your response.

@mumdark scTenifoldXct identifies ligand-receptor pairs that do not exist in databases. It is not dependent on prior knowledge.
