This week, you will be working on changing the customizing the markers based on the project’s renewable energy technology - e.g. if the Project is Solar, the project marker will look like this:
You will be using Josh’s custom marker designs (on Figma HiFis):
Here is what you will need to do:
Add the custom markers that Josh has exported and sent you on Slack into the assets folder under a custom markers folder.
Go to api >> maps >> AddMarkers and for each project. This is where the markers are made to add to the map
a. If you need some help. Check Ethan’s PR on adding markers: [feat] Populate the map with project markers #13
b. For each project, the marker graphic will be the custom marker that corresponds to the project’s renewable energy technology.
