PyPI Package

Hello! I've been using this library for a project, and I think it would be much smoother to use if it were packaged and installable via pip.

This is something I'd be happy to work on. Don't think it would be hard to tweak the existing set up to package it for pypi, but I also think it would be worthwhile to transition to a more modern python package manager like poetry. Let me know your thoughts!
