yotta Target Description using GCC to compile for Nordic nRF51822 16K and 32K device.

To choose RAM size in MakeCode use "RAM_SIZE": "\"32K\"" in config => microbit-dal which gets to YOTTA_CFG_MICROBIT_DAL_RAM_SIZE. Default is set to 16K
