[ISSUE] Helm Chart Setup Fails when Using Alpha Directory

Describe the issue:

The nightly QA E2E test runs using the camunda-platform-alpha directory of the camunda-platform-helm repo are still failing during the helm chart setup. From the following thread, it seems like these failures are due to how the helm chart is being setup in the cross-component repo after some adjustments were made to the helm chart. For reference, here is the one of the failed Helm Chart setups from last night.

Actual behavior:

The helm chart setup fails. One of the failed test runs can be seen here

Expected behavior:

The helm chart setup should be successful.

The camunda-platform-alpha directory of the camunda-platform-helm repository and using SNAPSHOT tags for all components.
