NCBO BioPortal appears to find some terms that EMBL-EBI OLS doesn't have (e.g. http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/SNMI?p=classes&conceptid=A-25610), so we should probably add a search for that as well. Search API documentation is available at http://data.bioontology.org/documentation#nav_search
