Request: create an API endpoint to retrieve searchable terms

We're building an app on top of metakb that merges results from VICC with results from our lab. We also implement an auto-complete feature, but to do so we need to know which terms are searchable. Would it be possible to implement an endpoint that lists either searchable ontologies or searchable terms?

This sounds like a reasonable requirement for the next API version–adding to requirements evaluation.
