Create an Accessibility conformance report of the tool / VPAT

create a page to self-report on accessibility of the page
list compliance target (WCAG 2.2. AA?)
list all accessibility issues found
list roadmap to fix issues
provide an email to report issues
create a workflow to reply to the emails received and fix the issues
