So I disabled the custom markup buttons in [bed2848] because the current implementation gives up some of the benefits of using django forms. I think there's a better way to do it using directives. Also, looking at the commits associated with this feature, I think angular directives are the correct way to do this, not controllers. I can show you what I mean better in person.
