Enhancement Proposal

This is a tracking issue for breaking changes expected with the adoption of Juju 3.6 LTS as a minimum requirement for COS charms.

Overarching

  • Bump assumes statement to >=3.6.
  • Add self-monitoring logging relations using LogForwarder.
  • Add self-monitoring relations to bundle.yaml.
  • Since lp/2024583 was committed to juju 3.4.4
    • traefik and other charms: can simplify (improve?) how we handle the relation-broken and departed hooks.
    • o11y-libs v1/cert_handler: The logic of @property def enabled can be simplified
